This is a leaderboard-style giveaway. The person with the most verified entries when the contest ends wins the Grand Prize, and 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place will receive runner-up prizes. If you want to win, the goal is simple: climb the leaderboard!

What you need to know:

United Monograms – Spring Dayzy Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The Spring Dayzy Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Lowery Brands LLC d/b/a United Monograms (“Sponsor”).

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta, Amazon, Kindle, New Balance, or SweepWidget.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and members of their households, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on [START DATE] at 12:00 AM ET and ends on [END DATE] at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Any extension will be reflected on the official contest page.

Sponsor’s computer and the SweepWidget platform are the official timekeeping devices for the Promotion.

4. HOW TO ENTER

The Promotion is conducted exclusively online via SweepWidget.com.

Participants may earn entries (“points”) by completing actions listed within the SweepWidget contest interface.

  • No purchase is required to enter or win
  • Participants may earn multiple points by completing eligible actions
  • All points are pending until the Promotion has officially ended
  • Sponsor reserves the right to verify all actions

IMPORTANT:
If a participant receives points for completing an action (such as liking a post, following an account, or signing up) and Sponsor later determines that the action was not actually completed or was reversed, points will be deducted. Verification may occur during the Promotion Period or after the Promotion has ended, prior to final winner confirmation.

5. WINNER DETERMINATION

The Grand Prize Winner is the participant who has the highest verified point total on the SweepWidget leaderboard at the conclusion of the Promotion Period, after all entries and actions have been reviewed and validated.

Points displayed during the Promotion are not final until verification is complete.

In the event of a tie, Sponsor reserves the right to apply a tiebreaker method determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. PRIZES

The Grand Prize Winner will receive:

  • 70,000 Dayzy Dollars (Reward Points)

    • Equivalent to a $700 United Monograms Shopping Spree
    • Points will be added directly to the winner’s United Monograms customer account
    • Winner must have or create a registered customer account to receive points
    • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable

  • Free Shipping for the Remainder of 2026

    • Delivered as a unique Free Shipping code
    • Code will only function when the winner is logged into their customer account
    • Valid for standard shipping only
    • Expires 12/31/2026

  • One (1) Pink Kindle

    • Model selected by Sponsor
    • Subject to availability

  • One (1) Pair of New Balance 550 Sneakers

    • Size selected by the winner
    • Approximate retail value: $160
    • Color/style subject to availability at the time of purchase
    • Sponsor cannot guarantee inventory availability and reserves the right to substitute a comparable style or issue an alternate prize of equal value if necessary

🥈🥉 2ND, 3RD & 4TH PLACE RUNNERS-UP (3 WINNERS)

Each Runner-Up will receive:

  • 10,000 Dayzy Dollars (Reward Points)

    • Added directly to the winner’s United Monograms customer account
    • Account registration required

  • Free Shipping Code

    • Valid through 12/31/2026
    • Only usable while logged into the associated customer account

7. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

Reward points and free shipping codes are issued only to registered United Monograms customer accounts.

If a winner does not already have an account, they must create one using the same email address used to enter the Promotion in order to receive prizes.

Failure to create or maintain an eligible account may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified via the email address used to enter within five (5) business days after the Promotion concludes and all points are verified.

If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, is found ineligible, or fails verification, Sponsor reserves the right to select the next highest eligible participant.

9. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and verified points earned.

10. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

11. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name (first name only), city/state, likeness, and/or submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any participant who tampers with the Promotion or violates these Official Rules
  • Deduct points for unverified or reversed actions
  • Modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Promotion due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control

All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, platform failures, or lost or misdirected entries.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

15. PRIVACY

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used for administering the Promotion and marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
