Processing time

Current order update: We’re behind on order processing, and we own that. Our current best estimate is about 5–6 weeks before shipment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed ship date.

Each piece is made to order in Charleston, South Carolina. Some tote, custom-icon, and preorder products may take longer; the timing shown on the product page or preorder listing applies. We do not offer rush production at this time.

Shipping and tracking

Carrier transit begins after production is complete and the order ships. Tracking is emailed automatically when your order ships. Carrier transit time is separate from the processing estimate and may vary.
