A Monogrammed Mockneck? That's basically our love language. 💕 The Monogrammed Mockneck is the piece you'll reach for on the first cool morning and keep reaching for straight through the holidays. A tall ribbed mock neckline, an easy oversized body, and dropped shoulders that make it just as good over leggings as it is with your favorite jeans. It's the kind of sweatshirt that looks intentional without asking anything of you.

And then there's the monogram - stitched in our Classic High-Quality UM Embroidery, the same craft we've built our name on. Dense, clean, beautifully finished, and made to look just as sharp on wash fifty as it does the day it arrives.
Now with two ways to wear it. Choose the classic front left chest monogram, or go with our back neckline placement - centered just beneath the collar, so it peeks out under a jacket, a ponytail, or a cross-body bag. It's the detail people notice from across the room, and it's quietly become our favorite way to personalize.
Twelve colors, every one of them made for the season: rich Wine, deep Forest, warm Chocolate and Mocha, soft Mauve and Butter, plus Black, Ash, Indigo, Red, Orchid and our signature Pink. Pair them with your thread color of choice and no two are quite the same.

Current order update: We’re behind on order processing, and we acknowledge that. Our current best estimate is about 5–6 weeks before shipment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed ship date, and carrier transit time begins after your order ships. You’ll receive tracking automatically when it ships.

Why does my order take several weeks?
Each item is made to order in Charleston, South Carolina. Our team stages, prints, embroiders, or presses each piece and checks it before shipment.
How do I check my order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation after purchase and a tracking email when your order ships. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see them. Start with Order Lookup. If your order has not shipped, see Current Processing Time. If you still need help, use our Contact Us page and include your order number and the email used at checkout. Our team checks Shopify and the current production stage before giving an estimate.
Do totes, custom items, and preorders take longer?
Some tote, custom-icon, and preorder products have a longer timeline. The timing stated on the product page or preorder listing applies to those items.
Do you offer rush orders?
We do not offer rush production at this time.
Changes and cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. After 24 hours or once production begins, we cannot change or cancel the order.
What if my shipping address is wrong?
Contact us immediately with the order number and complete corrected address. We’ll try to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee a change once processing has begun.
Returns, exchanges, and order issues
Can I return or exchange an item?
Our items are made to order and are final sale, including items ordered without a monogram. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, thread, personalization choices, timing conflicts, or a change of mind.
What if United Monograms made an error or my item arrived damaged, wrong, or missing?
Please email contact@united-monograms.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and make it right with the appropriate refund to the original payment method, remake, or return label. Normal wear, improper care, and customer-entered personalization are not production errors.
Personalization
How do I enter a traditional monogram?
Enter the initials in first, last, middle order. Your item is made in the order shown in the preview, so please check it carefully before submitting the order.
Can I order without a monogram?
If the product offers a monogram field, enter XXX to request no monogram.
Can Make It Yours™ use my own photo or logo?
Make It Yours™ supports the text and designs offered on the product page. We cannot produce fully custom photos or logos.
Shipping and care
Tracking says delivered, but I do not have my package. What should I do?
Please wait 24 hours in case the carrier scanned it early. Confirm the delivery address, check with household members, neighbors, a doorman or mailroom, and contact the local post office or carrier. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number.
How should I care for my item?
Wash cold and hang or lay flat to dry. Steam or iron inside out, without applying direct heat to the design.
Marketplace orders
For an Etsy or TikTok Shop order, please use that marketplace’s message or return flow so the order and conversation stay connected.
