MOTHER, spelled out in arched varsity letters - and every letter is cut from a different pattern. Leopard, checkerboard, florals, all stitched together across the chest like the beautiful, mixed-print chaos of motherhood itself. It sits on our elevated ladies mockneck with a tall stand-up collar, so the whole thing reads polished pumpkin-patch, coffee-run, class-party mom - cozy, but clearly put together.
Each patch letter is stitched on with dimensional texture you can feel - this isn't a flat print, it's the kind of detail people reach out and touch before they ask where you got it. Pick from six fall-ready shades: Butter, Brown, Slate Blue, Forest Green, Berry, and Pink.
One thing to know before you order: unlike most of our sweatshirts, this one is a true ladies cut and is not made oversized. If you want that roomy, relaxed fit, size up - if you like a tailored fit, stay true to size.

- Does it run small? It runs fitted, not oversized - this is the exception in our lineup. Size up for the relaxed look.
- Is it a good gift for a mom? It's basically engineered for it - birthdays, baby showers, Mother's Day, or the "just because she does everything" gift.
- How do I wash it? Cold, inside-out, tumble dry low - keeps the patch letters crisp and the collar structured.

Why does my order take several weeks?
Each item is made to order in Charleston, South Carolina. Our team stages, prints, embroiders, or presses each piece and checks it before shipment.
How do I check my order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation after purchase and a tracking email when your order ships. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see them. For help with a specific order, use our Contact Us page and include your order number and the email used at checkout. Our team checks Shopify and the current production stage before giving an estimate.
Do totes, custom items, and preorders take longer?
Some tote, custom-icon, and preorder products have a longer timeline. The timing stated on the product page or preorder listing applies to those items.
Do you offer rush orders?
We do not offer rush production at this time.
Changes and cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. After 24 hours or once production begins, we cannot change or cancel the order.
What if my shipping address is wrong?
Contact us immediately with the order number and complete corrected address. We’ll try to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee a change once processing has begun.
Returns, exchanges, and order issues
Can I return or exchange an item?
Our items are made to order and are final sale, including items ordered without a monogram. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, thread, personalization choices, timing conflicts, or a change of mind.
What if United Monograms made an error or my item arrived damaged, wrong, or missing?
Please email contact@united-monograms.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and make it right with the appropriate refund to the original payment method, remake, or return label. Normal wear, improper care, and customer-entered personalization are not production errors.
Personalization
How do I enter a traditional monogram?
Enter the initials in first, last, middle order. Your item is made in the order shown in the preview, so please check it carefully before submitting the order.
Can I order without a monogram?
If the product offers a monogram field, enter XXX to request no monogram.
Can Make It Yours™ use my own photo or logo?
Make It Yours™ supports the text and designs offered on the product page. We cannot produce fully custom photos or logos.
Shipping and care
Tracking says delivered, but I do not have my package. What should I do?
Please wait 24 hours in case the carrier scanned it early. Confirm the delivery address, check with household members, neighbors, a doorman or mailroom, and contact the local post office or carrier. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number.
How should I care for my item?
Wash cold and hang or lay flat to dry. Steam or iron inside out, without applying direct heat to the design.
Marketplace orders
For an Etsy or TikTok Shop order, please use that marketplace’s message or return flow so the order and conversation stay connected.
