PLEASE NOTE: Letter Size Preference: We have 3 inch letters and 2 inch letters. If you select 2 inch letters, we will always use 2 inch letters. If you select 3 inch letters - we will use our expert discretion if the letters will fit appropriately on the size shirt selected!
Some words or phrases will be split into two lines on the shirt. For example: Size small sweatshirts can only fit 5 larger letters, therefore words with 6-7 letters - will be done in smaller letters! If ordering for a group, there may be different size letters used depending on size of the garment. If 2 letters are entered, it will be done left chest. If 2 letters with an icon are selected - it will be done in the center!
NO NUMBERS OR PUNCTUATION CAN BE USED. If entered, your order will be delayed in production. If entered, your order will not be able to be cancelled without a restocking fee due to the inventory already assigned to your order.

United Monograms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our facility, we have the same tracking information available to us as you. We do suggest waiting at least 24 hours after an item is marked as 'delivered' because sometimes the postal service scans packages early. We suggest checking with neighbors and your local post office as well! As a small company, we do our best to please our customers and wish this was something we had more control over. If your order was lost or stolen, we recommend contacting Route insurance if you opted to purchase Package Protection. They can process your claim at: https://claims.route.com/ If you did not purchase Package Protection, please contact us and we can do our best to have the item reordered/remade for you at the lowest price possible!
